LEADERS: Each Cub Scout pack is devised of Den Leaders (listed above), Assistant Den Leaders, a Cub Master, an Assistant Cub Master and a Committee. Kindergarten: Lions (Carrie Ballester & Bill Mason)Ĥth grade: Webelos 1 (In need of a volunteer to lead this den) Your den leader can explain this better at your den meeting. If your child is unable to attend a meeting at any time, they can keep up on their own with the help of their den book and a parent. We do not provide snacks for den meetings so please make sure your child isn't hungry when you drop them off. It is, however, required that Lions and Tigers have a parent there the entire meeting. At our DEN MEETINGS, parents are welcome to stay but are not required for Wolfs, Bears and Webelos. Pack meetings are for the entire family to attend. PACK MEETINGS consist of presentations of awards, announcements, skits performed by pack members, and other fun stuff. Our pack's meetings consist of two den meetings and one pack meeting every month. To know exactly when we are meeting, please refer to the CALENDAR PAGE on this website. Most of our meetings are held on Monday nights from 6:15 until 7:15. So when registering for certain things, you will need the "3" in front of 187. All of the packs in the Central Florida Council begin with the number "3". Pack 187 is listed under the "Colonial" District, which is under the management of the Central Florida Council. Since our pack is 100% run by volunteers, we rely on everyone pitching in whenever and wherever they can. The parents or guardians are encouraged to participate as much they can, being involved with the Pack whenever possible. ![]() Each den is led by at least one volunteer leader, most likely a parent.Ĭub Scouts is for the entire family!
